Well tore the primary and clucth pack apart, everything was kosher, put it back together, torqued to spec, and added fluid, took for a ride, still chirping. Put her back on the rack and noticed the belt hugging the left side of the rear pully, adjusted it to center, and viola!, Chirp was gone! LOL,

 

Isnt it great to be able to fix these damn things!
