Damn VA! So much for the added safety. They look awesome on your bike.

I have Joe Florida's 162 LED multi color kit. Install was about 6 hours in my garage. I was so long because I was **** about hiding the wires. I took the tank off.

1) 2-24-LED Strip under gas tank.
2) 6-LED Strip behind the BREATHER between the two cylinder heads
3) 6-LED Strip behind the HORN between the two cylinder heads
4) 2-6-LED Strip to the fork on the right/left side of Front Wheel
5) 2-6-LED Strip to the right/left side of the Rear Wheel
6) 6-LED Strip above trany
7) 6-LED Strip behind the chrome cover under the head light
8) 2-30-LED Strip on bottom of the frame for ground coverage
9) 6-LED Strip under tour Pak

Leave those on driving down the canyon at night, people will report seeing a UFO.

It's not the Joe Florida lights but a strip from Custom Dynamics. It's mounted up in the fender. One on each side.

Could u send or post a picture of the bike, I have tha same kit and will be putting them on in a couple of weeks when I get off work. Plan on pulling the tank, but was specifically wondering on mounting them behind the horn and air cleaner, concerning the heat

How's the heat durability of JF's product, seen too many deformed or melted outer cases of other products that were "professionally" installed on 2 of my bikes?

i have have no heat issues but i find them delicate if installed areas where stone or road debris can damage them. i have two strips under my saddle bags and some LED blocks got knocked out and dont light up all colors.
my view there a similar LEDS out there for lower price than JF's..

I have used 3 of Joe's kits with great results and will be installing another on my E-Glide. The one time that I had issues with a block of LEDs Joe sent me a full strip at no charge to replace the 2 leds that were bad...
