Made it to 59 degrees today. Will get down to a low of 40. It's supposed to be 60 tomorrow.

Year 2010, Day 02. High in Indianapolis West - 16 degrees. I did get the EVO out and found that I don't have either enough smarts or Leather and Fleece. Interstate 74 at speed - one mile from the Ronald Reagan Parkway exit to Brownsburg, IN exit and I was done.

I'll put the Electric Thong on my next year's Wish List....

It was about 56 degrees here in Eugene, OR and I was able to ride to the dealer to get that big safety recall done on my 09 SG today it took longer to do the paperwork than the recall and then went for a short ride after, it was nice to get out for a ride. I just got home Wednesday from Wisconsin from a Christmas family visit and I was glad to be out of the extreme cold. I love my family but can no longer handle the extreme winters. I will be moving to an even warmer climate if the real estate market ever comes back. Come on spring

Right now it's -26°F in North Central MN. Supposed to get to -34°F tonight.

By the way... windchill is a bunch of b_ll sh_t!!!! It only matters if you're riding naked.

..Thanks for the"Tip"..didn't know that..

...about 25 + years ago I used to drive the shop tow truck.. & the coldest I remember working outside was -52 below zero** ,without any windchill factor..with any exposed skin (Hands,Face), the high wind made it feel like -109 below zero, the weather radio said...sooo..I took the ski doo snowmobile out for a 50 mile ride..very few sleds out on the trails that day...but again, that was when I was a teenager and sometimes foolish..lol

..**Nothing compared to the colder winters of our Northern Canadian/Alaska brothers..!!
