I never plugged mine up. It never said to in the instructions. I believe I still have the old o2 sensors still in there. Was I supposed to do that? I know the PC-V came with plugs for the o2 wires themselves.

If you remove the sensors completely the thread pitch is 18mmX1.5 on 2009 and earlier models, and on 2010 Touring models it is 12mmX1.25. We offer plugs for both sizes very inexpensively. Make sure you use a small amount of anti-seize.

I couldnt see the point in removing my 02 sensors. I just unplugged them and left them in place. If I decide to trade or sell, I can put my factory slip ons back on, plug the sensors back in and remove the PCV for use on the next bike.

Jamie,

If you leave the disconnected O2 sensors in the pipe will they carbon up in time and become useless if you want to add Autotune or go back to stock when you sell the bike?

Unlike Wideband sensors which must be powered to prevent damage and require a controller to drive them, the stock narrowband sensors are generally unaffected if unplugged as the sensors themselves generate their own voltage.

I hate plugging Toyota parts, but these are cheap and readily available.
Toyota truck oil pan drain plug P/N 90341-18016
They're only a couple of bucks a piece at the dealer. Be sure to use some anti-seize or maybe some red high temp silicone on the threads. There may be one avaiable, but they don't come with a gasket. And, sorry, I don't remember the thread size, but I do know these work because I run them on my '09.
