Yes! You might find a 21T is like the 411 though. Baker make alternative sizes of 22T and 23T (not a 24T), so you have three options. I have given you some figures in your other post.

There is nearly 200 lbs difference between a softail and a touring model. Put two people on the Fatboy and one on the Ultra and you would have a fairer comparison of b@lls.
It's due to lower weight and gear ratio on 06 or earlier bikes.I've 07 Ultra with 103 and all of the above my buddy has 04 Ultra with 95 and same as the above both bike are neck to neck plus he has been riding for million + years.
