Question streetglide headlight

2006 streetglide headlight circuit blowing fuses while riding. I have taken the fairing off, checked wiring, no visible problems. Have left lights and ignition on for over an hour and moved wires, banged on headlight, no problems, only happens when I'm riding?

Sounds like a chafed wire, most probably because of the fairing bracket.

My other bike did that. One of the prongs on the back of the headlight was loose and vibrated when the bike was running. caused blown fuses and you could see where it was actually sparking (arcing?) and starting to melt the connector . Hope that helps.

Have you changed the switches, or switch covers out ?? I had a pinched wire on the clutch bracket that was shorting out.
