Default Dynabeads with ABS

Anybody running dynabeads in a front tire with ABS brakes and having any issues when using the front brake to slow down?

I'm not running the dynabeads, but I would guess that they would have no affect on ABS. ABS detects wheel lockup/wheel speed and not wheel balancing.

Dawg,

I am running 1.5 oz of dynabeads in my front tire, no lead weights. I have ABS and no braking issues.

Regards,

Yes I have them on both my 08 Ultra SE3 and 09 Goldwing both with ABS. No issues. Works great.

Just need to make sure the valve stem is clean when airing up and use a cap with the "O" ring in it as a second safety precaution. And ... make sure you check the air pressure with the stem in the most upright position you can...never at the lowest position !!

09 Ultra. I've had the dyna beads in both tires for about 5,000 miles and don't notice anything different when using the front brake.

I have 2 oz of Dynabeads in the front and 2 oz in the rear. 2008 Anniversary just like yours with no issues.

I had them in the 08 UC with ABS and no issues. I've got them ordered for my 2010 RK and my wifes Trike. I threw a wheel weight on the back this past Monday coming home from the BRP. I started noticing some vibration at certain speeds. got home and started checking stuff. Saw the sticky mess it left behind. Dynabeads should be here Friday. Hows your charity doing Dawg?

And no ugly lead on you wheel either. I need to get the dyna beads off the bench and into the wheel.

Maybe I have to check the rotors for warping. When I put the E3 on I started with 1oz and it felt uneasy and jumpy at highway speeds. Went to 2oz and feels better, but the front brake when at highway speeds just vibrates and sucks. New pads and cleaned pistons when changed tire. Guess I gotta dig further
