Well, it's possible to come up with a dyno chart that shows that. STD uncorrected on a cold day at sea level. It's exactly why comparing dyno charts is nothing more than barstool racing.
The guy has been pretty good natured about all the scepticism, though.

He did post his dyno sheet in another thread, and to the OP's credit it does show what he's claiming. It's posted in STD, which will lower his numbers slightly when converted to SAE, but even factoring that in, once Jamie posted his opinion on this, that's all I needed to hear. Something's just not right here.
I have Stage II heads, 2in1 pipes and high flow exhaust and TW6 Woods cams and its a whole lot better numbers than I got. So I freaked out when I seen it.
I'm skeptical myself of the numbers that are claimed..
