I suggest you take the antennas off before you place the cover on it. A friend of mine had a cover on his RG on the back of his trailer (I know, you shouldnt transport a bike with a cover on it) and he drove from Florida to Texas and when he got to TX he took the cover off and his bike was beat to hell from the tip of the antenna. Even if you don't move the bike with the cover on I would think a bad wind storm could throw the cover around enough to beat up the paint. Just an FYI
I bought one of those $20 covers at Wal-Mart. Poked a couple of holes in it for the antennas. Cut me a couple of little squares of "iron-on" blue jean patches and ironed them on from the inside of the cover. I put it on starting at the rear and just stick the antennas thru the holes. Works great!
Me too! Just cut a little slit and presto! Works fine. I thought the tear length would get worse over time but it has not. Works great...
I bought the Harley cover for my Ultra and as the previous poster said there is a slit across the back for the antennas to go through...and it is a good quality cover I think.....not disappointed at all ....and best of all....It is paid for now LOL
I also let mine bend forward since they have the spring and are flexible it's no problem.
I usually tuck the end of the antenna under the drivers backrest and the antennas help hold the cover up in the back so if it rains the rain just runs right off.
Same here, no problems with doing it this way to date.

Unscrew them, I lay both antennas across the passenger footboard bracket and the rider board and cover, it's done, been doing that since March when it came home.
By the way, I put my bike in my Bike Barn, so there's never anything pushing down on the antenna's. You might want to look into getting one. I bolted mine to the driveway, and it has been through snow , sleet, hail, and 60-70mph winds and is still standing for the last 3 years.
