Default ECM Flash, is the bike needed at dealer?

Got my woods 6-6 cams, bearings, lifters, rods and PCV on the way from fuelmoto with a map installed for the new cams. My bike has stage 1 a/c and monster ovals, SEPRT with everything else stock. After I've installed the cams etc my ECM must be flashed back to OEM specs, so jamies map on the PCV can do its thing until I get a dyno done to fine tune it, but the problem is I live 1100km from the nearest dyno tuner. Do I have to tow the bike there to have the ECM flashed or can I remove it, send it in the mail and have it returned. Also would it hurt to start the bike to make sure the cam upgrade is mechanically ok with the current ECM map installed and the PCV map in series if I have to tow the bike to my dyno tester. Any help appreciated.

It really depends on if you have a cooperative dealer. They would install it on a similar bike and reflash.

Thats what I thought too, but apparently the ECM is matched to the tacho from what the dealer told me. They said my bike has to be brought to them. I do have a friendlier dealer a little further away that would do it for me if thats the case

I rang three dealers this morning and 1 said he could do it by plugging it into another bike and the other 2 said no it wasnt possible and that they needed the bike co's the ECM is programmed for the bike. I just cant get my head around this and asked if there was something else that needed to be sent with the ECM like the bike FOB and receiver. I dont know who is right or what is on the bike that would not enable a flash back to HD factory program as they wont give anymore info.
