Will the 150/70 18 work on the 18" HD Agitator rear wheel? I think it's 18x5, thought I saw somewhere the 150 is ok on 3.5" to 4.5". I am trying to figure how to get the Agitators (19" front and 18" rear) to work on my 07 Road Glide. Thanks,

The Agitator will not work on your 07 without major modification(swingarm) as it is approx 10.5 in wide with the cush drive and the 08 and down swingarm is 9.5 in wide.
You can run a 160/60/18 Metzler ME 880, that is the maximum. I will tell you though that it handles better with the 150/70/18 and that's what I will be going back to next time I buy a tire. Above 75 MPH, the 160 is a little squirrely.
I had the same high speed wobble ( squirrely front end above 70) with the 160/60/18 metzler. I went to a 150/70/18 and it is completely stable at any speed even at 90mph. I have talked to several people that experienced the same thing.
bummer... there goes that idea. Guess I'll have to look at other rims. You guys that have 18" rims on the back, what rims are you using? Thanks for the help...
I was planning on upgrading to a 160/60-18 this winter since I'm adding an 07 1" belt & pulley to my 2000, sounds like it's not a good idea. Anyone have any positive comments on a 160, is it the fact that the 160 is a radial?
I have had a 160 metzler on my bike for the last 15000 miles and can't say I have ever had wobble. I do have a true track on it so maybe that is why. Did have to take belt guard off though. No issues other than metzers don't last on the back longer than 6000 miles.
