Default Bikes are packed and ready!!

If there is one thing I dread, it is the night before leaving for a long weekend to go riding. Yeah I'm impatient. [8D]

Just finished packing up the bikes, so now I wait for the clock to ding at 5am. Heading up to the Tomahawk Fall Ride tomorrow for three days. Can't wait!!

Any others heading there, be safe. Have a good night.

Have a good time, and be safe!

I start anoying myself with the thoughts of, "what am I forgetting". I know I'll remember it a few miles down the road, usually just after I get on the interstate and it's miles to the next off ramp.

I just returned from a 6 day ride. Bring a cable to lock your bike to another bike. We had two stolen and even though they can cut the cable it takes more time and they will move on to an easier target. Also sunscreen and chapstick. I regret not using the last two items. Have fun and be safe.

On the one hand, once the check list is complete and the bike packed, I can breathe a sigh of relief... A place for everything, and everything in its place. But yes, the excitement of getting up and on the road is something that takes its toll... So what I do is spend some time here on the forum, poke around a bit, get tired, then sleep fast. And it isn't like I can switch places with my wife when I get tired from lack of sleep... If I'm not driving, the bike ain't movin'!

count sheep, count sheep...

Ha...I can top that...I am working midnights tonight (right now, shhh! don't tell anyone what I'm doing) and when I get home I have to sleep for a few hours while the WIFE PACKS the bike for our weekend heading to the Cape! So I really can't sleep tonight! And who knows if I forgot something. It's all good, all you need is a little stink pretty spray so your crotch doesn't stink

Kern,

Have fun in Tomahawk. We too were all packed and ready to go when at 1am this morning BOTH kids started puking. They are only 5 and 3 so we can't leave them with Grandma like that[:@][:@]
It's going to a beautiful weekend here and I'm probably going to miss the whole darn thing Have a safe ride and enjoy northern Wisconsin in the fall!
