Worse economy with ethanol and what do you think harvests and works the land for the crops?.......fossil fuel powered machinery. BS all the way around

 

Anybody that thinks using a food source for fuel is a damn moron. The U.S. already imports over 60% of the food we consume. I don't know about the rest of you, but i'd rather pump fuel made from Middle Eastern oil into my tank than eat imported food with little to no standards. Hell, china can't even give us drywall that's not tainted, even the dog food from Canada was killing dogs a few years back.

 

I agree 100%. The use of corn as a fuel source is total politcal bs. If it is so great, stop the subisidies and let it happen on its own.

 

Natural gas, coal, and some nuclear power produced domestically would be my guess. Just sayin'.
