I installed the harley black latches, hinges and lock cover. No rivets are used, the kit comes with all the nuts bolts and washers you need. You do have to drill out your old stock rivets, nothing special needed. Two people would be nice but i installed everything by myself in about half an hour. Just do one hinge at a time.
