Sacramento Easy Rider Show

I don't know, maybe it's me. are you going to want one of these bikes in a couple years? do they all start looking like clown bikes? they're all dated before the show is over. Lots of work, time, money and sweat, without a doubt. Wheres the elegance? where's the class? and again, where's the imagination? all baggers, all big front wheels, all bright clashing color, all with one thing in mind, to be that one hit wonder, that we've all complained about in bands. Have we lost "style" in out bike builders/building? I don't mean to bitch, these bikes are cool, but they just seem to be missing the mark with me, that just a few years ago, was making me want my bike to look like those bikes in the show. As for me, thats no longer the case. thanks for the pics, glad you had a good time at the show. lets not ever stop "makin' them our own"!!

P.S. I do realize that he just posted bagger pics and there are many other bikes/styles there, but we all know that baggers are the "darlings" of the biker world these days, and not to knock the many other bikes there, so don't attack me for that one!!LOL!! by the way, have benn to a number of easyrider shows, and even won best in class in 07

I have not been to a bike show for some time now so if this is what is in, then it's a bit out of my taste. However there is some well done work in those bikes, I am not sure where the crazy clashing color ideas came from though. I do sort of like the speakers mounted in the front of the bags idea though, that seems cool to me. I would say that some of those bikes have the appearance that the owners are into the "alternative lifestyle" (not that there is anything wrong with that!).
