Blow dryer, fingernails and a rag with fingernail polish remover (acetone) then wax to beautiful shine

Can't believe nobody has said this yet...
Go to an auto parts store and buy a rubber wheel decal remover, then wipe with goof off. You could be done in about a minute.

 

Goo Gone, WD-40 hot soapy water etc. Just make sure it's NOT dry.

 

Ditto on the 3m eraser wheel. I use it to also take of the dealership decals on all my vehicles.
