Wash yes, fuel no. In fact, I dropped it off once and had less than half a tank left. After service they gave it a test ride. I picked it up and made it about half way home, about 10 miles and I ran out of gas. Luckily the wife was home and made a gas run. I'm much more careful about filling it up now.

 

I gotta tell em NOT to wash the bike before I get it back from them! It ALWAYS comes back streaked and spotted!! Never gat a tank of gas out of it either - oh well.

 

Mine doesn't. I have heard that they do but the 5 times mine was in they never touched with water!

 

I took a 2800 mile trip and the bike was filthy and they washed it immaculatey. When I do let them do service I always tell them to wash it because Thunderbird HD has always done a fantastic job washing it, and im meticulous, it is spotless... so I trustem big time with a wash job, no fuel and I don't expect it for a $59 oil change

 

My dealer does a nice job washing the bike, not a hint of gas. Once they were running late delivering the bike, so they had me come back in at my leisure to wash it sometime later. Serviced in the middle of the week, so I dropped by on a friday afternoon and had it clean for the weekend.

my dealer with the extended maintenance program , they wash bike and top off fuel . plus while they service bike you can get a rental bike out of fleet , for price of insurance cost , last time it was $22 . and you get to ride brand new bikes . I did find out this winter - they drop down to only two bikes - UG or SG . summer fleet gets sold

 

My HD Dealership does wash the bikes & they do a Great job. They even buffed out a couple scratches & did charge me a dime. No fill up of gas though.

 

Mine does. Although it isnt the way I would wash it. I like that they do it and I think its a great service to the customer
