If you don't that is the exact same price per hour, and what was Jones is now Landers, and they own the car dealerships.
As far as dealerships wash and fuel. Wouldn't know. I have never had them do anything other than a warranty fender replacement. I know a few of the mechanics are competent, but I can't pay $95/hr. The Indy's around here are not to cheap either, but you can sit and drink a beer while they work on your bike.
Some charge $60/hr, but the meter runs even when they work on others bikes or answer the phone. So really no deal there.

I always get a wash and fuel when I do maintenance.

Are you kidding me?
A guy whose job it is to wash motorcycles is going to wash your $20K + motorcycle? Not me. In fact although I do everthing possible to do all my own work, with a service plan I have had to take it in ( each time a "memorable experince") and I put a large piece of paper taped to the windshield "DO NOT WASH". Even then I cross my fingers. I happened to see a bike washer at the dealership washing bikes with almost black water in the soap bucket once. nothing good comes of that if one owns a vivid black Ultra.

they should be charging a flat rate, so it wouldn't matter if they were physically turning a wrench on your bike or not. 4hrs is 4hrs, even if they did the job in 3, but had your bike on the lift for 8.....

My Dealer does a great job washing with service, and charges a flat rate so nothing extra for the wash . In the summer my bike is lucky to get washed so i appreciate the dealer washing it. August 14, 2010 - march 19, 2011 7282 miles and loving every minute of it. But no fuel except when new.

Corpus Christi HD does the wash, but no fuel. They forgot to wash it once and had me bring it back in later and get it done. They do a good job, but then that is their job. I don't have a problem letting them wash it. All of the bikes on their floor are immaculate, both new and used. But then, like I said, it IS their job.

Ride safe!

My dealer always takes her for a test ride and fills up the gas tank but no wash, seems like they are in the minority. City Cycle Sales, Kansas

I never heard of any dealer washing a bilke and filling the tank. Nice service, however.
