What did you do to your bagger today?
Bought and installed a 1.5 inch tank lift. I like the look of being able to see all that chrome under there. Whether or not my engine runs cooler as advertised is yet to be seen. Took me 15 minutes of my time.
Removed the rear lollipop blinkers, put run/turn/brake leds on the bags with disconnects, used a trailer tail light converter and added resistors to the blinker circuits so they still blink.
Also removed the rear tour pack bar and mounted the license plate under the tail lamp all Street Glide like, fun part of that was the brackets for replacing the bar changed the detaching backrest mounts to be out of alignment, added some spacer washers and all is well again, don't want the wife falling off!
Actually found a couple of bolts missing when I removed the bar, only the left side was actually bolted to the frame, right side was just held on by the saddlebag rails, so add that to the "remove the bar/don't remove the bar" debate, if it was structural, it hasn't been for I don't know how many miles before today, still rides fine.

Finally got to take out for first ride of the season. What a great day for it. Drivers backrest was well worth it. Now just need to get bike inspected. Since getting new plate she is not legal at this time. Hopefully sometime this week. All depends on work schedule and weather.

Crazy winds down here in the Gulf Coast past few days too. Riding is always good, but the wind can/does mess with them. Glad that riding season has finally begun for so many here. tp dd50
Added Custom Dynamic LED Tail light, turn signals, Headlight, and a Triple Play
I wanted to be more visible to traffic here on the streets of Los Angeles. So, I decided to add Custom Dynamic's LED Tail light, turn signals, Headlight, and a Triple Play module. After adjusting and installing everything on my 2016 Road King, I am ready for a nice long road trip.
