Got a couple of coats of paint on my rear fender, and primed my tank.

Got the joy of failed front wheel bearings on the highway about 50 miles from home.

Then Harley service is closed on Mondays out here and no one had the parts. Thank god for the independent who had bearings, the speedo gear and was able to salvage the axle.

Bought and installed the HD digital oil temp gauge.

Man, that's a tough piece of luck about the bearings but I'm glad you were able to get it taken care of. I know what that feels like!

Replaced the stock oil thermostat with a low temp thermostat from Wards Parts Werks. Added a set of "Hog Wings" from Long Ride Shields (they do help a good bit with buffeting on Street Glides). Then generally cleaned off the bugs.

Jumped on the hwy for a 300 plus mi. ride to Nashua HD. In Merrimac, NH. Got my Wild one 12.5 bars installed Plus my 1k service done. Made a weekend of it.

Put on a new Corbin Gunfighter seat this weekend and changed out my shift linkage today. If it stops raining I'll even get a ride in.

Talking Color matched Saddlebag latches

installed color matched saddle bag latches(covers) and rode it to work.
