Traded for a 2012 Goldwing. Just tired of all the problems and always having to repair something.

 

Rode the Ultra from my house to Dayton Ohio on the first leg of the North Eastern trip with my son's.

Just got back from Laconia and Weirs Beach in NH. Fun time up there for bike week. Also took her up the access road to the top of Mt. Washington. Tomorrow night will be spent cleaning her up. A good amount of dead bugs and road grit all over.

 

Now that's funny ...

 

Yesterday, rode, picked up trans fluid then replaced it while it was hot.
Today will be ride around town. Nothing too crazy.

 

Not just today, but over the last week.
I installed a RF PBR300x2 and PA MM651's with Hawg Wired adapters and Hawg Wired steel speaker grills.

I also installed Wild 1's 577b apes that I had powder coated in a very glossy black. ( I don't get the flat black they use ) and of course longer clutch cable, brake line and extending and internally wired all the control wires.

And to top it off ( actually on the side ) I added a Performance Machine black super gas air cleaner. Along with a Power Vision Tuner from Fuel Moto with preloaded map that worked flawlessly.

I did all the work myself without one hick up. I owe a lot to the resourses of this forum.

Rode it through 6 New England States today in 600 miles of riding. At a Days Inn about 70 miles from Laconia. The only motel that we could find that did not jack it's rate up. About 30 miles earlier the Holiday In Express jacked it's rate to $269.

 

Rode 600 miles west on the Canadian 401. Doesn't seem to have gotten anywhere. It still looks the same.

 

Where are you at now? Probably somewhere near TO huh?
