Today I rode to the dealer to drop off my bike for my 1k service. Last week I put on my Fuel moto package. Jackpot 3.5" slash down slip ons, their high flow air filter, and flashed the ECU with the PV-1. The jackpot 2-1-2 head pipe should arrive in a few weeks, can't wait.

Reinstalled my HK radio just got it back from Iron Cross everything looking super so far! Also, double checked my fairing brackets and shaved .050 off the handlebar neck bolts so they couldn't rub on the bottom of the radio and cause damage...

Pulled it out of the garage, gave it a good cleaning, glued one of my neons and grip end back on, then rode it down to the Ford dealer to look at a new truck. Came home and rolled it into its Cycle Shell where she is resting comfortably. Dropping it off tomorrow morning to get my ThunderMax and air cleaner put on while I am riding my Foreman 500 in the woods this weekend.

Tried to drive my RK through a Ford Explorer that neglected to come to a complete stop at an intersection. Think she is totaled.

Bought it and rode it home! HUGE difference from the Night Rod Special I've been riding. And my old lady LOVES IT!

I'm no fortune teller, but I see LOTS of denim black in this bike's future.

A four year old bike with only 8000 miles on it? How do people do that? I start going through withdraws after only one day of not riding.

Installed Heritage bars and new grips. Glad I did it myself instead of eating the labor cost for the dealer to do it. Install went smooth and I'm pleased with the results.

1. 08-30-12 Traded the 09 RKC in for 13 FLHX and rode it home

2. 08-31-12 Added a 3 pouch fairing bag, floor board extenders (one inch out & one inch forward), mounted and hardwired the GPS and installed the Radio Shack Siren.

3. 09-01-12 Plan to log some miles while playing hooky from all the honey do's that I am supposed to be working on.....
