Damn, that's cold mate... Heated vest or grips?
Luckily in the PAC NW it's 40-50 in the winter months... No salt either!

Blue skies...

I put a BrightAss BAL-1 brake light on my bike. That should keep them off my butt.

Seriously? Wow that's hardcore! What did you suite up with? Do you have heated grips/suit/seat? Just read your sig, saw the heated grips and seat, nice. What size windshield? Do you wear a helmet?

Yesterday I wore Cold Under Armor, long sleeve T-shirt, Polar Fleece Jacket, Leather Jacket, good gloves, jeans, chaps, non-insulated boots with heavy socks, 1/2 balaclava, and a modular helmet. And of course, heated grips and seat:-) I have the 10" Wind Splitter Windshield, it gives me a nice calm pocket to sit in. There was 9 of us on the annual "Day after Thanksgiving" HOG ride out of Holstein HD in Omaha. Hope to add a heated jacket liner and gloves next week and I picked up some flannel lined jeans today. It supposed to get cold around here in the next few weeks:-)

Default Installed FCS Cooling system

Installed the FCS cooling system last night and haven't had a chance to give it a real try yet but I did start it up last night to see if the thermal switch works. Let it idle for a few minutes and when the engine temp got to 221 the fans cut on and within 30 seconds it was back to 217. I shut it down then and hopefully can test it out better this coming week. I ride through a small college town a lot and there is a lot of stop and go driving so I routinely pull over and cool down when the ET hits 300. I hope this lets me stay in traffic as long as I want.
I am very impressed with the build quality of the product. Looks like a Fortune 500 company made them.

I've been looking at the cold weather underarmor, would you recommend it?
I use regular under armor in the jungle where I work, it rocks!
