I don't use my IPhone on the bike. Have a Sansa Clip - about 1" X 1.5" and has 4 GB memory. About $50. Load it up with tunes and velcro it to the top of the clutch lever housing, just behind the mirror (2010 Ultra). Power it off the lighter socket and run the patch cord down the bar, through the fairing and out the right side to the radio. While riding I can leave my hand on the left grip and reach the Sansa with my index finger to either repeat or go to next song. In the rain I just take it off and put it in my windshield bag. Cheap enough that I don't even bother taking it off most of the time. BTW - sounds great!

I generally carry my ZUNE 120 with me when riding. I've never loaded its 30,000 song capacity but it usually has 300 to 500 songs on it.

Arrow $20.00 in parts, homemade

Here's how I mounted my Ipod. Works well and is easy removable.

I mount mine on the center of my tank on the chrome piece with a patch of velcro. Nice and secure and easy to change songs since you don't have to reach very far.

Default wireless transmitter

for my Ipod; plug it into the Ipod, find an unused radio station on the radio, match it with the wireless, drop it into the fairing pouch. Don't have ability to skip or go back but I like all my downloaded music so it doesn't matter. Just gotta remember to turn the Ipod off when you stop.

I've just been using the fairing pouch for the past couple of years. I really like the Rider's Claw but they don't make a mount for my model iPod!!! How much is the interface??

Late,

Heavy Duty Velcro on the entire back of the Zune and place it right below the 3 windshield pouch on the right. I can change songs and quickly put it in a pouch if it starts raining. Has never fallen off.

There you go. That's what I was going to suggest.
