I don't know which bike you're referring to. Mine is below the tail light. My TP is removable and this setup looks better, IMO, when the TP is removed. It also allows me to remove the hoop and install the AutoGem Shotgun lights.

steelerdude, I appreciate thrift--so props on what you've done.

If you would include what you paid it would be better.

I suggest the pricing being included since you could accomplish the same thing with HD's kit (SG turn signal bar, lighting on the plate, and replacement for the fender tip light).

And, the color-matched fillers between the rear fender and saddlebags is better cosmetically IMO.

Props to you on a nice project.

Carl.

I am trying to recall what I paid, I bought and installed this stuff last spring (this is an old revived post). I ebayed most of the parts (new)

1. Leather covers on crash bar - Free

2. Kuryakyn filler pannels: $65

3. Kuryakyn turn signal bar with bullet lights: $125

4.Kuryakyn Run Turn Brake Light controller: $50

5 Relocated the plate below the taillight: part of the Kury signal bar $0

6. taillight cover: $20

So to answer your question about $260

IAMSWUTIAMS you can get a lower tag mount from J&P that will bolt up behind the light bar. With that I would get the lay down tail light lens with the tag light on the bottom. I have a sg light bar that looks like his for $60 shipped if anyone is interested in it. Also if you get the auto gem lights to fill the holes up top get the led lights because you cant see the other ones in the day time. Here is what I did to clean my standered up.

That's not true. Rear crash bar is still there , wrapped in leather.

That will be the least of his worries if he goes down on that bike.
