What is the strangest thing you carried in saddle bags?
Last week I put two loves of french bread without breaking them in my saddle bags and today I put 50 feet of extension cord and a electric chain saw in there. Always suprised what will fit.

when i find gallons of milk on sale and my bags are almost empty, i'll pick up a couple of gallons of milk, or whatever food i'm hungry for.

A live Osprey bird..found one that was injured took him home and nursed it back to health..

Pow! Right in the kisser!
A boxing glove with an extra heavy duty spring attached. It was a bugger to close the lid, but watch out thieves that try to open my saddle bag!
