If I was interested in competing I would buy an ugly POS bagger just for that. Might have a grand into it, something like that. Not a chance in hell I do that on my baby. I work too hard for my money to eff up a pristine ride.

I’m on a new ‘19 FLHTP (700 miles on it). Love it for this stuff. My baby is my ‘14 Limited.
I practice head and eyes drills at least twice a week and have worked hard the last 8-months to say off the front brake in low-speed maneuvers I bought Maximum Control by Pat Hahn about six months ago. I study it every week; every time I read it, I pick up something new. I have also developed a personal training plan based upon the drills and schedule he recommends in his book. Classes are great, but having a good reference book and the discipline to follow a structured practice routine have helped me more than any class.

Reason: word error
For what it’s worth, I dropped my bike today on a competition run. Made a mistake that cost me any chance of winning but, ya know what? I won’t make that mistake again. It’s all about the training and getting better.
What exactly happened there at the end? Looks like the bars were straight, did you just get your weight shifted off to one side during the hard stop?
I was on the front brake too hard and there was a greasy little tar snake in the stop box. Stupid mistake on my part. Very costly at this event, I was DQ’d.
I d If there's already a thread for what you want to discuss why should you start a new one? This is what the search engine is for.
Agree. Especially when you have threads trouble shooting and discussing problems. But in general agree. Maybe they like saying they have so many threads on their site to to people buying adds. Though they like multiquoting.
