I'm 5'8" with a 31" inseam and would like a shield that is high enough to push air over my head but low enough that I can still look over the top. Which height of your shield would you recommend.

I'm 5'9'' with a 30" inseam. I have a corbin dual tourer seat that sits me down an inch and back about 1.5-2inchs.
I orderd the clockwerks 6.5 flare after demo'ing it for about 30minutes on the freeway. Unfortunately, the dealer screwed up the order and got me the 8.5" version. I decided to try it, and while it was great wind wise, I couldn't see over it wery well, and the recurve really distorted the view at night.
Since the dealer screw up, they ordered me the 6.5" , and it's a better fit. Pushes the the air up over my head, eliminates the buffeting and still lets me see the road very well. I'm happy with it so far.

LRS, if you're promoting your windshield here, why not have a HDF test drive program? KW did it and sold many Flares because riders had a chance to test drive before they buy.

You maintain the list and each person on the list ships it to the next person after they take it for a drive. You invest in 1 demo shield per size and style and if it performs as advertised you'll sell more than enough to recover the cost of the program.

I would go with an 8 inch Dark tint or other Ultra or Ultra Flat top...... again in my opinion its the best windshield out there for functionality and classic good looks.

I am the same size as you. I have the 8.5" KW on my street glide and have no problems seeing over it. I was tempted to get the 6.5 but found out I could not use the winshield bags. So far so good.
