Everybody has chrome that's why I went the other way. Also easier to clean and looks great on a black bike IMO.

The reason I went with 17" rear, rides better (more cushion for the tushion) and with the 18" during highway speeds some people have complained the bike feels squirrelly. BTW, 200 tire will fit on the 18" rim but was told there is a chance of rubbing.

Buying wheels was the hardest decision I ever had to make. I searched around for months until my wheels found me. I got luck and found wheels, tires, and rotors for under $2000 shipped to the door. 21" front and 18" rear with Metezler tires.

I preferred the contrast as well. The Harley wheels are about half the price as others for those on a limited budget.

Make sure you check out the MOCO stuff before you spend BIG money.

I jumped for a "Anarchy" 18" contrast wheel for the front...gonna leave the rear stock, as you can't really see it.

Save a TON of cash too! Because it's the exact same size, I keep my great handling!

Ordered the contrast wheel, ABS bearings and matching rotors through Lake Shore with free shipping.

Saved $180 bucks.

55128-11 ~ Contrast Anarchy Wheel (front, 18")
41454-08B ~ ABS bearings kit
4150-0012 ~ polished rotors for above wheel.

Lake Shore H/D seems to have the best prices i have ever seen for Harley stuff, go check them out! I bought my lowers from them, and also saved $150 bucks. Guys are GREAT to deal with! Punch in the numbers and see the savings!
