Default Free spin in front wheel - how much?

I just got my bike back from an indy that put new tires on it and I am getting a rubbing sound coming from the front wheel. It sounds like brake dragging. I jacked up the bike to spin the front wheel and with a good push it only spins about 1/3 of a rotation. I took the bike back to the indy shop and they spun the front wheel and assured me that it's "normal". It doesn't sound right to me. I can't feel anything when riding but the new noise is bugging the hell out of me. It's not really the sound, it's the thought that something is not right. Anyway, how much should the front wheel free-spin and is that drag I am experiencing "normal"? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like you need to clean your calipers. Here is a easy way to do that www.lyndallracingbrakes.com then go to service/tech
