Bought the super reduced reach seat for my 2011 Ultra Classic. Made a BIG difference. YMMV.

Ok so I got the super reach seat and yes it's a ball cruncher but it's also very hard. Does this seat soften up after a bit or do I need to start lining my underwear with sponge?

I've decided to sell the seat only used for a few hours. Any one interested $150.00 plus shipping.

I have one also...liked it for positioning but tight fit for sure (i'm only 5'7, 175lbs). I just got a Mustang to replace it 'cos I'm planning a long trip and there's no way I could use this....not only tight in the crotch but I found it uncomfortable for my hips. I'll probably sell mine eventually but if I do i'd do it local to avoid messing with shipping.

I also have a short inseam (29”) and a 2010 Limited. I have the Mustang Lowdown seat and it dropped me down the 1.5”. It has made a big difference, I can now flat foot the ground.

The thing is, the seat I have dropped me 1.5” however the later 2010 and 11 models it is only supposed to drop you about .75”, since the later models had a lower seat anyway…

Get some thick soled boots, it also helps a lot.

I've got a super reduced reach with about a thousand miles on it, so far I just love it. I installed some hi-way pegs at the same time and now finally the bike is uber comfy.

This is the same mustang seat I went with, the lowdown with the backrest for the driver. I think opinions on seats are just that because everybody is different but so far I'm loving this thing compared to the super-reduced reach seat. My only disclaimer is I haven't had a chance to take a long ride yet but my positioning on my 2010 fltrx is comfortable (5'7, 29 inseam). No more issues with my hips feeling uncomfortable and my twins like it better!! I'm hoping to make a trip to Michigan and maybe Wisconsin next month and there is no way I could have used the other seat.
