hog tunes speakers review
I thought I needed a new radio system for my 03 classic. At highway speeds I had to turn volume 3/4 up to hear and the quality of the music was poor. A friend told me to try hog tune speakers before spending a lot of money for a new system. I did, and WOW, I cant believe what differance an 85 buck set of speakers made. At 70 mph I use 1/4 of the volume and get great sound. Just thought someone out there may have the same issue with thier tunes. Ride safe.

I just installed the Biketronics-Hertz 6½" speakers after having Hogtunes for several years. They produce a fuller sound, altogether better, but we must remember they cost >2X as much. I think for many the HT system is a good choice, but although it isn't the best upgrade it is a good bang-for-the-buck, IMO.

Love my new Hogtunes set up on the 2012 Street Glide. Got the tweeter bar, fairing speakers and amp. I have to actually turn it down while riding because it gets very loud. For the price, I don't think this set up can be beat. I received everything off of Amazon.com and it was VERY easy to install. Trust me, I have no patience and no mechanical skills but I still did it. Are better, more expensive speakers out there? I'm sure there are. You can't hear bass rolling down the highway at 75 MPH anyway so why waste the money...these are great and I couldn't be happier. In fact, the guys behind me listen to my stereo as well!
