This just sucks. I hope they get it shipped for you today as promised....Again! I too tend to get a little HOT when I'm told one thing & another happens. I went round & round with a local body shop in regards to my truck. I'll never use their services again & they probably wouldn't even take my money....**** like this gets old FAST! These shop need to communicate TRUTHFULLY!

I went through the same shipping hassle a few years ago. Eventually came but it took many calls. Fairing was good quality and excellent paint job.

I bought a Dragonfly fairing in '07. Very nice item and I had no customer service problems. I hate to hear it when a company no longer provides good service with their product. Your more patient than I am. I would've canceled the order a couple weeks ago. Kuryakyn has a really nice fairing as well, and they ship quick. It comes standard in vivid black also. I buddy of mine just bought one a few months ago. It arrived completely assempled with radio and speakers already installed. Took about 30 minutes to get it on the bike and rockin.

What was the outcome on your Dragonfly fairing? Did they get it shipped out when promised the last time? Let's hear the details of how it turned out. You weren't very happy on your last post about it & never heard the outcome. Pondering purchasing one & am curious if they took care of you. Quality? Paint?

thats dragonfly always lagging it took my friend 3 1/2 weeks to get it and he paid $3000.00 for it. i told him he should just bought a streeglide.

Though hopefully you won't need to, you have 30 days from transaction date to contest with the credit card company...

Get them on the phone again if possible, let them know if your issue is not resolved NOW, you as a paying customer will have no choice but to place your next call with the BBB.
