Glad you are okay and insurance get you straight on the bike. Regardless of the intersection if the guy pulled out in front of you it sounds as though he caused the accident.

Man, sorry to read about your accident - but glad you are okay. Some of us have been there - so we know some of what you are feeling. Take care of yourself, then get the bike fixed and keep riding.

Glad you ok.... Recover quickly... And I also want to say Thank You. Most people would just come on and blast the other guy that caused the accident. However you made it a point to let everybody know that although it was his fault, he didn't couldn't do much to avoid it. It may not seem like much, but I really like seeing that.
