All Done
Went with Harley OEM... Pictures
Dremild the Race off - go about 1/2 way as Pictured hammer and screw driver and off she fell
New Race Baked it at 350 deg. 30min. and slide right on with my makle shift
tool pictured and a mallot
The 2 nickles keep it from going to far

Here's Bakers PART#:http://www.bakerdrivetrain.com/drive...htorqueBearing
Here's Napa's #'s: bearing #6205-2zj Seal#: 25x52x7tc
As for the noise its like shaking a can of small ball bearings in oil. I described it in the thread you referenced.

Sorry. Thats the way I got it from Napa. Those #'s are the metric dimensions. Google the seal# and you will find it. HD will not have it because they do not use a one piece bearing.

There is a part # for the seal in this thread. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/prima...y-bearing.html
"That seal is a TTO E2142 (DC-25-52) twin-lip/twin-spring elastomer-in-metal-frame seal. I don't know of any place you could buy that seal in other than large (shop) lots. Probably the best way to get it is to simply purchase a new All ***** or Baker High Torque bearing upgrade that will include the seal. I paid only $18 for my All ***** bearing+seal+retaining clip set. The seal alone would probably cost that much."
