I picked up a 2010 RG in September and love it. Don't be too concerned about the distance to the radio since all the controls are on the housings. BTW, mine came with satellite radio and I highly recommend it.

thanks Bigdaddy, just made that comment due to people saying that is a negative when it comes to the RG. I love how the fairing is, feels a lot more roomy than the SG.

How did you make the change over??? Most SG riders cant take corners with out the fairing moving.

Did you get the optional *headlights move with you around corners*
conversion kit ??
This is highly recommended for first time sharknose buyers,
if they are used to the batwing

I don't dare walk into a dealership, no willpower to resist.

Glad you like your Roadie... I sure do like mine.
Having said that, I don't see anything near night & day between it and a Street Glide when it comes to handling. I've logged about 17k on it in about 9 months.
Maybe it's just me.

You'll get used to the radio's power switch being so far away.
