Not that hard to do... just not for the faint of heart. I can tell you how it's done.
But the basics are: just remove your gauges... you need to get the lenses off the gauges.
De-solder the old chip lights.. solder in the new ones. Reassemble.
NUMBER ONE ---- BE CAREFUL.. you can EASILY break the glass with very little pressure. Make sure the needles are not moved AT ALL!
I don't want to **** anyone off that does this procedure.. but it's not that hard.
Or you can send them to me!

One last note... Prior to the 2014's the smaller gauges were just a bulb that was easily changed from the back of the gauge itself. Not so on 2014's and newer. All the gauges (including the smaller ones) require you to remove the glass and do the soldering process.
I had the crew over at LEDGaugeMods.com do mine, they turned out better than I hoped and they are cheaper than other places. Excellent reviews on their site. I am beyond happy with them.
Just be careful... the 2014s and 2015s are different. The previous years bikes were easier.. smaller gauges had a small bulb to change (easy).. and the speedo and RPM were separate with the little led chips.
The 2014s and 2015s all take the little chip led lights... also the RPM and Speedo are combined in one unit.. ONE circuit board.
I do this mod for others as well.
