fish tails

I put the Kuryakyn fish tail end caps on my stock pipes. Love the look and don't have to worry about the pipes being too loud.

Im not trying to hi jack this thread but I was gonna ask a question in my own thread about fishtail tips.....I have a set of samsons I guess...aftermarket pipes.....not real loud at all but thats in great part to much of the sound flowing out well behind me....I believe these pipes are 2 1/4".....if I got some fishtail tips for the end that they are selling at one of our resident Evo shops here and I installed them on my current pipes how if at all would going from my 2 1/4'' to the tips which measure 1 3/4 or so " sound...would it change the sound...and if so how?
