Thanks kc classic for your design, DH and his buddy moved the tour pak back today on our new 12 Ultra using your design and I love it !! We moved the tour pak back on the old 03 Ultra with a couple of plates, but they wouldn't work on the new bike. DH is 6'6" and I'm 5'8" so the farther I can get back, the more he can stretch out and I get more hip to knee room. Funny thing, the stock seat on the '03 was much more comfortable than the '12 seat, guess HD assumes you will buy a new seat....guess that's next....

Picked the new bike up March 17th and 1100+ miles on it already...can't wait for summer trips....

You should get it plated!
Anodize or E-nickel.

OP, nice work. We use polished stainless in a very similar design, but the aluminum should work well for you. You passenger is going to LOVE it.
Did you buy out George Anderson for his design work on this ??
Nice work to the op and thanks for the measurements.

Definitely going to look at doing this. It looks like about one of the top cheap mods I have seen! Hope all goes well.

Disclaimer: I made this for my 2011 ultraclassic. It works for me. I do not take any responsibility for anyone making one for their own bike.

Thanks for the post and effort. I was looking for a way to move things around and you just did most of the work.

I will have mine made from 6061 and than black anodized with some of my parts I have made for my business.
