I sent my 940's back to have the stock springs replaced with a lighter springs. I know that they recieved my shocks yesterday (usps tracking) and today I got a call from Kyle at Progressive letting me know that he changed springs as well as an eyelet bushing and the shocks were being shipped back today. I have been using Porgressive shocks since 2004 (440's) and have always recieved excellent customer service and it continues today. I thought it was a classy act to call to tell me my shocks were on the way back. One day turn around is hard to beat.
