Interested in swapping my 2006 stock black 9-spoke EG wheels for some silver stock 9-spoke Road Glide wheels. I'm not much for the blacked out craze these days, seen a bunch of people painting/powder coating their silver wheels, this might be an easier and cheaper option for someone. Prefer to do a complete wheel/tyre swap, mine has about 3800 miles on it. NE Illinois area. Also will consider spoke wheels as well.

Would not think there is any difference off hand. Assuming bearings, axle size, brake rotor mounting, and rear pulley mounting are all the same it should be an easy swap.

What kind of mileage on your '01? PM me and maybe we can work something out.....

00-01 rear wheels have a 3/4" rear axle, and 02-07 have a 1" rearaxle. You can put a 3/4" bearing in the 1" wheel, but you can't put the 1" in a 3/4 wheel. Well, you can put the bearing in the wheel, but you can't put the 1" spacer in the 3/4" hub. The front wheels are the same, both 1".
