Might be worth passing on too all of our buddies that have HD's if they start having the same problem.

Today is for rememberance to all those that gave for our freedom, past , present and future. If you see a Soldier thank them.
Wow! Up until now, the sealed Harley batteries have been the most bullet-proof units I ever used. The one in my '94 Dyna is over 15 years old now and still works like new.

Guess they cheaped-out with a new Chinese maker/supplier and screwed that up too. Pretty much par for the course with the MOCO these days it seems like.

Yeah. I took it out this spring and topped up the charge & took it to a place where they could check it with a load tester and the guy said it was fine. He too was impressed when I told him how old it it.

I still have one of the original Gates sealed batteries in an old fuel truck that we use at work and it's still goin' strong. It was bought new in the summer of 1989.
