You should consider changing to the LED assembly. That would mean no more changing of light bulbs and clean white light. Plus the power drain is reduced.

 

I would just replace them with LED bulbs from HERE. I got mine for under 10.00 shipped and should never have to worry about that again. Much cheaper than the 45.00 assembly.

 

Well after all that....brought it to the stealer who replaced the two bulbs for the plate - that was it. Just bad bulbs.

Cheap money ...in and out of there...I had the tail light connected properly all along, or at least after I spliced the pigtail in from the tail light.

It saved me scraping my wrist and hand up trying to get that blinker bar off again....If I could have replaced the bulbs without doing that again, I would have.

Some things are just better having done if you can get it cheap enough. As it is, from installing the license plate and taking that damn bar off and putting it back on, my wrist is all chewed up and scabbin' up...nice.
