How many of you have had a motorcycle parts vendor call you up to check on your welfare after a serious weather event affects your area??

Well Howard from motorcyclemetal.com called me tonight to see if I was ok since I'm in Jersey.

Lucky for me, the worst of the storm just brushed my city and we really had no damage to speak of. The communities along the water took some big hits and it will take months to rebuild.

Well, besides giving outstanding customer service before and after the sale, Howard is also a caring individual and should be commended for it.

Howard is a GREAT guy , I get the pleasure of seeing him at Bike week and Biketoberfest twice a year , if more people got to know him they'd realize what a great person he is and how dedicated he his to all of us , glad you are ok Tim

Well, not after a weather event, but he did call after I had some minor surgery last February and he's asked about it several times since - and I live in Denver and haven't had the pleasure of a face-to-face with the man, yet!

 

Howard is the best vendor I have ever dealt with, period!

 

Howard is a class act!!! Customer service the way it is supposed to be.

 

He called me also last night to see if i pulled through sandy i have no power so my phone was dead. Just got the messsge this morning and will be calling him back to thank him.
