V&H or Rineharts ?
ok, really debating on picking up those 3.5 Rineharts that Eastern has on sale today. I currently have the V&H pipes (not sure which ones, pretty sure theyre just slip ons) Ive always enjoyed a louder exhaust, trying to determine if I want to change to Rineys. I know its all subjective on what you like, mainly checking on what others have done

I switched from V&H Twin Slash Rounds to 4" Rineharts and I like the Rineharts better.
The 3.5" Rineharts sound really close to the 4" ones. I did swap out the 2.25" baffles to the hi flow 2.5" baffles, it made them a little louder and deeper.
The Twin Slashes sounded good but their tone was harsh on my ears after I installed the SE255 cams. The Rineharts are deeper and throatier than the Twin Slashes while still having about the same volume. At cruise the Rineharts mellow out, but crack the throttle and they bark nicely.
I think you will love the Rineharts, especially for the price. WOW! Eastern Performance is in the Christmas spirit, or maybe they been drinking the spirits. LOL.
