off road...probably not D.O.T. or Snell...$750. add the required testing and approval stickers and you are looking at maybe $900 for the street version. gonna be a big seller around here-since many of you only wear a helmet if the law requires it-and all they want is a thin, low profile helmet that looks cool.

 

My head is worth a hell of a lot more than $900, so I will be watching with interest. I could give a **** less what I look like. Or for what others think for that matter.

My wife tells me I should be more touchy-feely.

I just read in this months issue of Popular Science that they are working on a very similar helmet for football players to help eliminate concussions. Looks like a great idea. I am not a early adopter of tech. I will wait until the price drops, but I sure like the idea.

 

I would just as soon wear a $20.00 skid lid as opposed to that atrocity.
