A mile away? Do you have xray vision too? Seriously something that bright may cause an oncoming car distress and flatten you. Not to mention Johnny Law writing you up for "not dimming your high beams for oncoming traffic". Aftermarket halogens are bright as hell and not sure why anyone would need brighter than that unless off roading at night in the desert which I used to do...with halogens btw.

BTW that link you gave seems dead as none of the tabs open anything.

Default HID Lights

Thats crazy about the website as I was just on there a couple weeks ago and it was working!! The lights are bright yes, but I live out in the flat lands of Minnesota so you can see for miles and yes, the signs reflect to the light of the HID Bulb!! I've been running HID's in our veichles for about 4-5 years now and havnt been pulled over once for them (Knock on wood).

well did some more reading on HID headlights [like I should have done first ] there are 2 different kinds of HID headlights , there are Bi-Xenon , both hi and low beams are HID like I wanted and have ordered and just Xenon bulbs were the low beam is HID and the high beam is halogen like I got , so live and learn but be sure if you order some get what you want

Save your money and buy and LED head light from kuryakyn. It look better. You don't have to worry about heat, or burn out, extra wires, hiding a ballast. The inital investment is more but its end result is much better. Check out my album with the Headlight. My LED in low beam is better than my buddies high bean HID in his sportser.
