2003 cruise issue

2003 cruise issue
I have 2003 RG
for some reason my cruise quit working .So I checked the fuse and it was blown .I replaced the fuse , went for a ride still didnt work and again blew the fuse.
I checked all connections from the handlebars and the connection to the module itself all appeared good.
Any help would be appreciated.
