My wife loves ours. My father in law ended up buying one for his road king after seeing mine.

Default Just got one with the rack

I have mixed feelings about it so far. I wanted the rack for when I have a passenger and want to use my backseat bag so I can spin the bag around and have it on the rack. The rack and sissy bar are rock solid. No wiggling or shaking. Functionally it is very good, and the Ebay seller was very responsive and shipped it very fast.

My issue is that I use the Fat Baggers Inc backrest relocation kit, and this backrest will not work with the FBI kit. I rolled the dice that it would work, so I can't blame the seller of the backrest, but it is disappointing. I really dislike the look of the stock docking points, and the FBI kit is very clean and hidden. I also found the chrome on the rack to be low quality. I was not surprised to see that another poster had rust on theirs and decided to powder coat. The chrome appears thin in spots, and the inboard of the side plates in very dimpled and rough. There is also some welding slag that hasn't been cleaned up well, and was just chromed over.

For what it's worth, I am a nit picker, and others may have no issues with the things I noted.

The sissy bar with rack for '09 and up is at http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-New-Sty...01908242#rpdId.

Yes I had one on my 09 Street Glide mine had the luggage rack bought it mostly for the luggage rack since I only had the 2 point docking. It worked great and quality was good. I still have it would sell for $100.00 if any one is interested don't need it since upgrading to an Ultra.

Ive has mine for a couple weeks now. The wife loves it because she can adjust seat angle. For the price and wife's approval....it's a good buy I'd say.

I put one on my '13 RK and my wife absolutely loves it. She loves that it sits a little higher and has a little wider pad.

Mine came with the 4-point docking hardware so it was a little higher priced, but everything was simple to install and easy to adjust.

i had the one with the rack on my 2012 streetglide, it was a good part, but i put the hammock seat on the bike and the rack would not fit with the new seat. It was to close and cut the seat when I tried to make it work.
