The Etims should turn on/off with reverse throttle action regardless of pcv. Disconnect pcv and bet have same issue. I had Pcv about 4yrs until recently got PV. I never ran my pcv with Etims activated. There was a known issue some had that I had where if Etims would activate say a stop light when hit throttle to take off it would studder.
